Spacious suite with welcoming atmosphere

Our stay was fantastic! The two-bedroom suite was spacious, and the kitchen area made meal prep a breeze. The friendly staff were always around to help and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our visit. However, I believe the breakfast options could use some improvement.

The Residence Inn had a lovely warm ambiance, with beautiful furnishings that made every common area feel inviting. The accessible features were greatly appreciated, allowing seamless movement for everyone, especially seniors like me.

The indoor swimming pool lacks adequate ventilation, making it feel stuffy, especially without air conditioning. There were also some maintenance issues, like a broken toilet paper holder and insufficient cleaning supplies throughout the stay. The temperature control in the elevators was a bit of a hassle, as it felt uncomfortably warm during hot days, and the need for extra towels and toiletries could have been addressed more effectively.

This was a smart choice for a weekend outing in Branson with incredible value for money. The room was quite warm, and despite that, we felt comfortable enough during our stay. Make sure to check if the air conditioning is working well before settling in.

Free parking was great, but wifi didn't work first night. Very frustrating.

Had a mixed stay. the room was spacious and comfortable, but breakfast was a letdown. Specifically, the milk was sour, and the food wasn’t good at all.
